The 2 Day Trip to Seattle WA, 2 friends (Freddie & Vince) and I.
[Dec 14, 2013]
Once we got into Seattle, we checked into our hotel Quality Inn & Suites. Then went straight to look for food, went to The Lucky Diner. I ordered the Lucky 7 Four-Egg Omelette.

After our dinner, we all went back to the hotel, one of stayed at the hotel, while Freddie and I went for a walk around Seattle at around 7:30pm/8pm. The city was quiet until we reached the Pacific Place shopping mall area, there were people!! Photos of our walk around Seattle at night.

After the night walk it was time to get ready for Foundations Nightclub [Website]

Club atmosphere is different here than Vancouver nightclubs, this club closed at 1:45am compare to 3am for Vancouver clubs. Seattle clubs are not located within decent walking distances apart, unlike Downtown Vancouver’s Granville Street district. In Vancouver there are clubs less than 1 block apart, while in Seattle the next decent nightclub is Trinity Nightclub [Website] which is about 14 blocks away from Foundations. Walking distance of 1 mile so around 20mins according to Google Maps.
After Foundations we went looking for food. Typically Vancouver has 24 hour; Pho, tims, duffin’s donuts, lucy’s diner, pizza joints, donair joints, if you want to travel to Richmond then number 9. There are of course more places these are just the ones off the top of my head. In Seattle there were not many places open taco del mar, Mexican joint, and mc donald’s drive thru. Freddie and Vince settled for mc donald’s.

Checked out of the Hotel at 12pm noon. Plan was to visit the Public Market, Pacific Place shopping mall, and show Vince the ice rink area cause he didn’t join Freddie and I last night.

We grabbed lunch at Ivar’s Fish Bar, it was good. haha no photo, one food photo is enough for me, when blogging.

Oh the way to the mall I hear the sounds of drums playing, it was a street drummer. 5 Gallons of Funk. I had to check it out, after we left the mall and went on our way to ice rink, Freddie filmed this for me.
haha I’m not the first person to have a session with 5 Gallons of Funk. www.youtube.com/watch?v=NBu6iW0zzJY
Ice rink and the International Fountain [Website] was the last stops in Seattle before we left.
Our last stop before the border was Jack in the Box.
